A Bridge Too Far

The Iowa Department of Transportation is trying to figure out what to do: a construction crew building a new highway bridge for Highway 6 started building it in the wrong place. “We’re very lucky,” explains an IDOT spokesman. “We don’t have the whole bridge built.
