A court clerk in Michigan happened to notice that two separate lawsuits filed by two fathers seeking custody of a 3-year-old boy were in fact seeking custody of the very same child. Both men had been told by India Scott, 25, that they were the father of her child; both filed suit when she announced she and her new husband were moving out of the state and taking the boy with them. A judge joined the cases together and ordered blood tests to determine paternity, but the case took an unexpected twist when results showed neither of the men are the boy’s father. But that’s not keeping Brandon Ventimeglia and Darryl Fletcher from carrying on the custody battle — they still want to be a part of the boy’s life as “equitable fathers”. Despite the lack of paternity, the judge has allowed both men visitation rights, and Ms Scott has announced plans to remain in Michigan. (AP) ...Come on, guys!
