Ayerhead

Emmett Ayers II, 20, needed to drop by the sheriff’s department in Moulton, Ala., to pick up his driver’s license, which had earlier been confiscated by deputies. Since he didn’t have his driver’s license with him, and didn’t want to get in trouble for driving his car to the station without it, he had his nephew drive instead. His nephew is 4 years old. Deputies who witnessed the boy drive into the parking lot arrested Ayers and charged him with three misdemeanors: allowing a minor to drive, reckless endangerment and failing to have the boy strapped into a child seat. (AP) ...Plus a felony: negligent thinking.
