This is True

Bait and Switch

Stanley Huntington, 52, of Farmington, N.M., has pleaded no contest to six counts of fraud after selling worms for $125 per pound. He claimed the worms were breeding stock for “California Red Superworms” that would eat nuclear waste, and that breeding the worms for a new federal waste facility would be the “Easiest job ever!” He faces 12 years in prison. (AP) ...You’d think if he was smart enough to sucker in people with the “eats nuke waste” line he’d be smart enough to get a lot more than $125 a pound.
