Japanese car maker Nissan has introduced the “Nissan bottom”. Not a new car line, but an artificial buttocks, clad in jeans, used to test the seats in cars. The bottom simulates getting into the car, settling into position, and getting back out — 15,000 times over a three-day period. “This is equivalent to 32 years of traveling to and from work,” a Nissan spokesman said.
