Birdmen of Bogota

Municipal jailers in Buga, Colombia, have decided to prohibit prisoners from keeping pigeons as pets. It seems the inmates have been using carrier pigeons to have contraband flown in to them. The scheme was discovered when one of the birds, so heavily weighed down with marijuana that it couldn’t get over the wall into the prison, crashed. (Reuters) ...And what, the guards smelled the pot when the pigeon burst into flames?
