Thank you, Randy! I just recently lost my job and have been agonizing over the next step. I will admit I have said to myself a few times "when I grow up I want to be like Randy Cassingham", and now you've told me how. This is definitely something that I will look into right away and, with thousands (millions?) of people unemployed in Canada and the US (not to mention the world) you chose the right time to unveil this.
I've done something similar to this for a Toastmasters project I worked on years ago, but not knowing how was my biggest hurdle. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on how.

Kudos to you, Randy, for creating Mastermind Source.
Since I stopped working for others in 1991 at the ripe old age of 51, I have created four successful businesses, and continue to operate the last two of them in what I laughingly refer to as my 'retirement.'
I am looking forward to reading your articles. Who knows,I might want to start another one!
