So the museum is in talks with the Venetian hotel and casino to bring art to the masses by building a new 35,000-square-foot outpost by the casino's parking garage. The Phillips Collection of Washington, D.C., is negotiating for an exhibit at the Bellagio casino, and developer Steve Wynn is planning a new casino with an art gallery for his private collection.
