Compare and Contrast

An English teacher in Franklin, Ohio, assigned an essay to her students: “If you had to assassinate one famous person who is alive right now, who would it be and how would you do it?” An alternative question: who should live “if you had to lose everyone you know in a tragic accident except one person”? Franklin High School Principal Robert Leahy refuses to identify the teacher, but says he told her the essay topics were “inappropriate” and will take no further action. (AP) ...While any kid who learns from this example is destined for jail.
