Bangkok, Thailand, police raided examination rooms at the Ramkamheang army college and arrested 75 men for conspiring to cheat on the noncommissioned officers’ test. The men each paid 50,000 baht (US$2,000) to get radio receivers installed in their underwear, police said, so they could listen to test answers broadcast from another room.
