Joseph Gonzalez, 38, was working at a 7-Eleven convenience store in Dania Beach, Fla., when a man came up to the counter and told him "not to be a hero". Gonzalez looked up to see a man holding him up -- using a paper soft drink cup over his hand as a weapon. Gonzales gave the man money out of the cash register, as well as the keys to his own car.
