A federal grand jury in Philadelphia, Pa., has indicted Joseph Saunders, 39, on 12 counts of bank robbery. After the 12th robbery, bank tellers found a wallet on the floor with Saunders’ welfare identification card in it. If convicted on all counts, Saunders faces 245 years in prison and $3 million in fines. (AP) ...Which he cannot pay because they’re holding his wallet as evidence.
