The city council in Hove, England, says it will “consider” a request from a local business for permission to give special accommodations to disabled patrons. That might not sound controversial, but the request is from Pussycats, a strip club which wants to allow blind patrons to touch lap dancers. Touching is prohibited by their current license. Two blind men had recently visited the club, but their appreciation of the performance was somewhat limited. A club spokesman stressed touching would not be unlimited. “The dancer would retain full control, taking one hand of the blind customer and placing it on her breasts while dancing for an agreed time,” he promised. (Reuters) ...Sorry, guys, but the rule will not apply to blind drunks.
