An unidentified 19-year-old man was speeding through the streets of Sunnmoere, Norway, when he passed an automated traffic camera. Sure the camera had evidence of his infraction, he climbed the 10-foot pole, stole the camera, took it apart, and threw it into the sea. But a witness saw him dump the camera and called police. A court fined him 150,000 Kroner (US$17,800) and jailed him for 18 days. He told the court “It’s the most stupid thing I have ever done.” (Reuters) ...Don’t worry, you’re young: you have plenty of time to do more stupid things than that.
