Police in Sacramento, Calif., solved a string of robberies by the so-called “Romper Room Gang” after the robbers allegedly used some of the $1.5 million of robbery proceeds to start a recording company. The gang was caught after releasing the album The Rompalation. The album’s lyrics described a robbery very much like one that police were investigating.
