Dreaming of a White Christmas

The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will not allow the city of Pittsburgh, Pa., to prohibit the Ku Klux Klan to erect a Christmas cross in a town square — under authority of a city issued permit. The city said the cross’s inscription, “John 3:16" violated an ordinance against displays which included “fighting words”. The decision affirmed a lower court’s ruling that the ordinance was unconstitutional. (AP) ...John 11:35.
