Easy Way Out

Erik Menendez, who with his brother Lyle was convicted in the shotgun deaths of their parents in an affluent Los Angeles suburb, now says it was a mistake to have splattered Mom and Dad across their living room, and that killing solves nothing. He even feels sad: “What’s sad is there are so many people that hate me and they don’t even know me,” he said. But, he admits, “What I did was completely wrong.
