This is True

Exhibit A

The warden of the new Allegheny County Jail in Pittsburgh, Pa., has a problem: prisoners are stripping and exposing themselves through their windows, which face downtown streets. Some inmates flash their girlfriends, who loiter on the street to see their locked-up loved ones, but there are also bus stops in front of the jail. “I don’t want the general public harassed,” the warden says, adding he finds the inmates’ behavior “amusing.” He plans to have the glass sandblasted to make the windows opaque. But it’s not just a public problem: cells on the women’s side of the holding facility face the men’s side, and the inmates are flashing each other, too. (UPI) ...Nothing to get excited about. I’m sure it’s just a flash in the pen.
