This is True

Fair Test

Norman Newmarch of Toronto, Ont., Canada, wasn’t sure if he had “slept it off” after a bout of drinking the night before. Was he sober enough to drive? To find out, he allegedly drove to an office of the Toronto police department. As he attempted to park in the station’s lot, police officers say he hit a parked cruiser. Newmarch was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. (AP) ...Sober enough to drive, it seems, but not sober enough to park.
