The U.S. Army Tank automotive & Armaments Command in Warren, Mich., has unveiled its newest concept vehicle, the SmarTruck. As the Army describes it, the SmarTruck “can disorient the enemy with its headlights, fend off attackers with electrified door handles and emit smoke screens to obscure a pursuer’s line of vision.” (AP) ...Great: the Army has managed to create James Bond’s standard-issue vehicle — of the 1960s.
