Give Him the Finger

Workers demolishing a house in Sydney, Australia, found two human fingers in the rubble. Police, noting one had a “nicely manicured” nail, started an investigation. But a man who once lived in the house heard news accounts of the find and stepped forward to claim the digits. The eight-fingered man said that he had an accident with a circular saw while living in the house 25 years ago, and didn’t realize the fingers had been left there.
