Goo Goo, Gaa Gaa

The WaWa food store chain, named for the town of Wawa, near Philadelphia, has sued a store called HAHA, named for its owners, Tamilee and George Haaf II, who say the name is an abbreviation for “Haaf and Haaf”. WaWa says HAHA infringes on their trademark, and might confuse WaWa customers into thinking HAHA is somehow associated with them. (AP) ...Doubtful, so for WaWa to sue HAHA is a bunch of CaCa.
