It was an interesting week in Burbank, Calif. Salle Dumm, 51, has been accused of unlawful intercourse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after an incident with a 17-year-old Burbank High School football player at her home. He says Dumm, the president of the Burbank Education Foundation, told him to come to her room, where he found her nude on the bed. “Do this for your team. I can help out your team financially,” she said, according to court testimony. The affair lasted no more than seven minutes. Apparently, however, she didn’t come through with any cash. “I haven’t seen it,” says Willard Williams, the school’s principal. “If I had, I’d be out there putting up new bleachers.” (AP) ...Don’t blame the kid, Willard.
