It is illegal in Switzerland to sell marijuana as a drug. Local entrepreneurs, then, are marketing it as potpourri, labeled “not for consumption”, to get around the law. Local law enforcement is not amused, and has arrested a “potpourri” merchant on drug charges. “I don’t accept responsibility for misuse of the product,” said Bruno Hiltebrand, 39, who has been selling 22 varieties of Swiss-grown pot— er... potpourri — under such trade names as “Juicy Fruit” and “Lemon Skunk”.
