Britain provides citizens with free medical care, but it’s difficult to register people when they don’t have a fixed address. That’s now easy to provide in Bristol, England, since a park bench has been assigned an official address, complete with its own postal code. “Homeless people were never turned away but the dummy address allows us to give rough sleepers better care,” said a spokesman for the local health authority.
