Honk if You’re Homicidal

Police in Tallahassee, Fla., say that Howard Charles Kendrick, 50, got pretty mad when the car behind him started honking when he didn’t go when the traffic light turned green. How mad? They say he chased the car at speeds up to 100 mph, and when he got the chance, he rammed it with his pickup truck, injuring three young men in the car, and killing the fourth. He is charged with murder and attempted murder.
