Florida state representative Marvin Couch, part of the self-proclaimed “Capitol God Squad”, has resigned from office after Tallahassee vice squad officers caught him ...um... employing a prostitute in his car. Both Couch and the prostitute were arrested. The married Couch, 42, who had received a “perfect” rating from the Christian Coalition of Florida, admitted it was not the first time he had purchased services from prostitutes. Officers approached the car, parked at noon in a shopping center parking lot in full view of passers-by, and had no trouble figuring out what was going on inside. “If it were a fire, they would be fully involved,” a police spokesman said. (AP) ...Perhaps that explains why the cops wanted to squirt them with a hose.
