Detectives in Cincinnati, Ohio, are searching for a man who attacked a 14-year-old girl. “The girl was out grocery shopping,” a police spokesman said. “She left with her purchases and [was] grabbed from behind and dragged off to a deserted area near some railroad tracks.” The attacker tied her up and started to molest her, police said, then abandoned the attempt — leaving her tied up on the railroad tracks.
