This is True

I Robot

Another old science fiction nightmare is closer to reality, thanks to the invention of “Chew Chew the Gastrobot” by Stuart Wilkinson of the University of South Florida in Tampa. The robot runs on meat. A fuel cell breaks down regular food and converts it to electricity. “The ideal fuel in terms of energy gain is meat,” Wilkinson says. “Vegetation is not nearly as nutritious.” Vegetation may not be all bad, though: the first idea for making the robot practical is a self-powered lawn mower that “eats” the grass. (Reuters) ...Which will invariably lead to the invention of the PooperScooperBot.
