Now that Gianni Versace murder suspect Andrew Cunanan has killed himself, Modesto Cunanan has spoken out about his son. “He never saw violence in our household,” the elder Cunanan said. “That was never part of his growing up years.” However, he concedes it is possible his son did commit the several murders attributed to him during a cross-country spree. “I wouldn’t discount the possibility that it did happen,” Cunanan said. He added that his son’s only stated ambition was, “I wanna be somebody.” (AP) ...He should have been more specific.
