Imitation Identity III

A federal lawsuit filed by Chad Gabriel DeKoven claims the Standish (Mich.) Maximum Security Facility was not treating him as a deity. DeKoven, also known as Prisoner 145274, sued on the grounds that “Plaintiff is GOD MESSIAH, whom humans made a covenant with. Plaintiff has fulfilled all his part of that covenant, humans have not.” As compensation, the suit demanded thousands of trees and animals, tons of precious metals, full time attendants at the prison, public acknowledgment that he is King of the Jews, a full pardon, peace in the Middle East, and return of all U.S. military personnel to the United States within 90 days. Judge David M. Lawson dismissed the suit, saying it was “fanciful, fantastic, delusional ... frivolous, implausible, unsubstantial and devoid of merit.” However, it wasn’t all bad. “His submissions are neatly typed and ...are readable and comprehensible, despite their often irrational, megalomaniacal content,” the judge added.
