Restaurant managers in the Netherlands knew the 54-year-old former tour bus driver “Albert B.” well. For 20 years, he would order dinner with wine, and when the check arrived would tell the waiter “You have a problem” — and claim to be broke. He made a mistake, though: he liked a restaurant in Leeuwarden so much that he went back. He has been sentenced to three months in jail for theft.
