Like Father, Like Son

Bill Wells had not seen his son since the boy was 2 months old, 22 years before. He didn’t think he’d see him anytime soon, either, since Wells was locked up in the Kerr County (Texas) Jail on a burglary charge. But when Corey Hillger was jailed in Kerr County on a burglary charge of his own, Wells quickly recognized the kid. The father and son reunion led to hugs and a lot of catching up. “It’s a God deal. It was a miracle,” Wells said. “I was ecstatic. I never heard of anything like a father and son meeting in jail,” Hillger agreed. (AP) ...Just a chip off the old cell block.
