Jose Roberto Rocha boarded a bus in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and robbed the passengers of US$800, police say. When he was done, he jumped off the bus at a square — which was packed with 410 police officers gathered for a special presentation by Rio's governor. “Dozens” of officers took up the chase, and arrested Rocha after a shootout. His choice of escape routes “was certainly bad luck,” a police spokesman offered. (Reuters) ...Not for the victims.
