Michael Solis, upon leaving court in Cheyenne, Wyo., after an appearance on a minor charge, was arrested on a warrant for felony drug charges. When searched after the arrest, officers found that Solis had been standing in court hiding a huge wad of cash — and 19 bags of a suspicious powder; police suspect it is methamphetamine.
