A Las Vegas builder has created a replica of the family house in The Simpsons animated TV series in their new Springfield subdivision. The house, which will be given away in a drawing, is as close a replica as possible, builder Kaufman & Broad said, right down to the furniture. The designers “spent hundreds of hours watching reruns” of the show to ensure the house was authentic. “Where else but in Vegas can you have a pyramid, a replica of the New York skyline, and a home built from a cartoon?” asked a company spokesman.
