Nailed

A fingernail file. “We try and stress safety every day in school,” said principal Sonny Foster. “Where do we lay the foundation for education? We start in kindergarten.” (AP) ...Ah. I did indeed wonder where the foundation for hysterical overreaction and silly lawsuits was established.
