Opportunity Only Knocks Once

Most people think good doors will stop burglars. One burglar, however, stopped at the door. Police in Cleveland, Ohio, have arrested David Lee Johnson, 35, and charged him with stealing the doors off 19 homes. Most of the doors were sculpted with elaborate designs and worth $500 to $2,000 each. Police say the arrest ended a six-week string of door thefts. “Haven’t had a door stolen since,” a police investigator said. “Knock on wood.” (AP) ...Now Johnson will get a chance to touch iron.
