A division chief, a sergeant and a detective from the Englewood, Colo., Police Department are in trouble after getting carried away, off-duty, at a retirement party. “It was a spontaneous, sophomoric, stupid event in which they just bared their buttocks to the crowd, and that was the end of it,” says Director of Safety Services Chris Olson. “They're all very sorry it happened and very embarrassed, [but] they'll have to suffer the consequences.” Under city rules, Olson could issue punishment from “a verbal dressing-down to termination,” but he says he will probably choose something in between for the unnamed officers.
