This is True

Out of Uniform II

Police officials in Hampshire, England, are defending an advertisement to recruit more female officers. The ad, in a women’s magazine, featured a naked woman with the police force’s crest tattooed on her shoulder. The headline: “It’s not something you can just take off.” Chief Inspector Nick Cunningham says the ad shows policing is a 24x7 job. “Tattoos are quite a topical thing and over the years have become more prominent among women,” he says. “We wanted to show that, like a tattoo, the police is not something you can take off. It is a 24 hour occupation.” (PA) ...So where would a naked cop carry her club?
