Two prisoners in Rubtsovsk, Russia, allegedly said they wanted “to add some spice to their life,” so they strangled their cellmate, cooked some of his body parts over a fire made by burning a blanket, and ate him. “Medical experts” have judged the two sane, so they have been charged with murder. (Reuters) ...If only they had been allowed to grow a few vegetables, they would be productive citizens today.
