In an attempt to reduce “road rage”, police in Ontario, Canada, are pulling over drivers that look angry to give them a survey, asking 10 questions about driving habits. “When you get a situation where one or two people are road raging, they’ll tell us why they got in that state of mind,” claims Provincial Police Sergeant Peggy Gamble.
