Rising in the Polls

Romania's National Liberal Party is hoping to attract more youthful voters by giving away free condoms imprinted with the party's slogan: “Strong as iron, as quick as an arrow.” (AFP) ...So now we're left to wonder if the condom took the slogan from the party, or the party took the slogan from the condom.
