This is True

Russian Military Strategy II

Russian outfitters apparently have a sense of the absurd when naming the equipment used by troops and high-level Russian police squads. The truncheons they carry are dubbed “Argument-2”. Their handcuffs are model “Tender-2”. “Bird cherry” is not a red-winged pigeon but tear gas, as is “Lilac-12”. And in an apparent reference to the Princess of Wales, devices to pop the tires of fleeing cars are called “Hedgehog-Diana”. (Reuters) ...And you can bet American dogfaces, leathernecks, and jarheads are laughing at the very idea.
