In the worldwide paranoia following news that Scottish scientists had successfully cloned an adult sheep, USA Today took the high road — they did a survey. While most respondents said cloning humans would be a bad idea, whom would they like to see cloned if it were acceptable? Ronald Reagan, Mother Teresa and Michael Jordan, the readers said. Not every well-known personality passed muster, though. The “do not clone” list included Bill Clinton, Newt Gingrich, Dennis Rodman and O.J. Simpson. (AP) ...Huh. I would have guessed “me” would have topped both lists.
