Blessed Victory Church in Manassas, Va., shares a building with two businesses: Bubba’s Cycle Shack and the Exposed Temptations Tattoo Shop. But because of complaints about excessive noise, the church has to move. “They have a drum set and an amplified PA system,” noted the owner of Exposed Temptations. But, he added, “the noise was the only problem. The people were nice.” The Pentecostal church only has 20 members, but their three-times-per-week services were loud enough to cause ceiling tiles to fall at Bubba’s. “We’ll be out by Friday,” a church spokeswoman promised.
