Steve Toncheff, 34, a 911 operator in Daytona Beach, Fla., has been suspended after authorities found he was using his position to get dates. “He said he knew it was inappropriate and said he had never done this before, but would I like to go out sometime,” said a woman who had called 911 to report a burglary.
