Sweet Dreams

Two German tourists went ahead and slept at the Burgundy Motor Inn in Atlantic City, N.J., despite a bad smell in the room. The next day, they switched to another room; when the maid went in to clean, she found the body of a murdered man under the bed. He was identified as a 64-year-old New York man who had previously rented the room. Meanwhile, several days later, New York, N.Y., subway conductors realized that a man sleeping on a train was in fact dead.
