The Choice Hotels apparently wondered what guests slept in, so it took a survey. They found that almost 20 percent of their guests sleep in the nude, including 25 percent under age 35, but just 10 percent of those over 65 years old. Underwear is the choice of about a quarter of the guests, 18 percent choose nightgowns (“all women”, Choice was quick to point out), 18 percent wear pajamas, 13 percent T-shirts, 8 percent gym shorts, and 3 percent “other”. What would “other” be? “Your guess is as good as mine,” a Choice spokesman said. “I don’t even want to speculate on that one.” (Wall Street Journal) ...Heh heh heh: I love it when I can get hold of survey forms and write down unexpected answers.
