The Hat Makes the Outfit

“The Big Bonnet” has been busted, says the North Platte, Neb., police department. The man first was seen a year ago, dressed in a giant baby bonnet sucking on a baby bottle in a city park, exposing himself to shocked passersby. Police had tried to chase him down then, but he was able to outrun them by shedding his bonnet, a pink sock, his bottle, diapers and safety pins. He was later seen on a park bench paddling himself with a “spanking board”. A more recent police chase caught him, again wearing a bonnet and sucking on a baby bottle, and nude from the waist down. He was released on $1,000 bail. (AP) ...And immediately applied for Spanish citizenship.
